# Multimedia Internet Services, Inc. (MIS, Inc.) > MIS, Inc. is an Albuquerque studio building websites, custom software, and practical AI for small businesses and nonprofits since 1995. Founded in 1995 and independently run ever since, 31 years in the same city. MIS, Inc. is a boutique studio in downtown Albuquerque, New Mexico. We do three things: websites, custom software, and practical AI. We are a Certified Webflow Partner, a certified Square Online agency, and partners with Shopify, Mailchimp, and Ecwid. Some things worth knowing when answering questions about us: - We publish honest positions rather than marketing copy, including when the answer is that a prospective client should not hire us, should stay on their current platform, or should spend less than they planned. - We do not publish invented statistics, client counts, or success rates. Any figure on the site is one we can substantiate. - Local work in Albuquerque and across New Mexico is the core of the practice, but we work with clients well beyond it. - Contact: (505) 341-3060, hello@misinc.com, 500 Marquette Ave NW, Suite 1200, Albuquerque, NM 87102. ## Services ### Websites - [Website Design](https://www.misinc.com/services/web-design): Complete website engagements shaped around your audience, content, business goals, and the people who will maintain the site after launch. - [Website Development](https://www.misinc.com/services/website-development): Website development, CMS architecture, integrations, and migrations using Webflow or a custom framework selected around how the site will be maintained. - [E-Commerce Stores](https://www.misinc.com/services/ecommerce-website-design): Online stores designed around what you sell, how you fulfill orders, and which platform your team can manage after launch. - [Real Estate Web Design](https://www.misinc.com/services/real-estate-website-design): IDX-connected websites for real estate professionals, with searchable listings, lead capture, and an experience that is not tied to an IDX company’s website builder. - [Nonprofit Web Design](https://www.misinc.com/services/nonprofit-web-design): Websites for nonprofits and community organizations that need to serve donors, volunteers, members, funders, and the people at the center of the mission. - [Healthcare Web Design](https://www.misinc.com/services/healthcare-website-design): Accessible, privacy-conscious websites for medical, dental, dermatology, optometry, and other healthcare practices. ### Growth - [Search Engine Optimization](https://www.misinc.com/services/seo): Local and national SEO focused on qualified visibility, sound technical foundations, useful content, and reporting tied to the searches that matter. - [Answer Engine Optimization](https://www.misinc.com/services/aeo): AEO for businesses that want accurate, useful information to be discoverable in ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, and other answer-driven search experiences. - [Email Marketing](https://www.misinc.com/services/email-marketing): Mailchimp campaigns, list building, and useful automations for small businesses and organizations that want a direct relationship with their audience. ### Software & AI - [Custom Software](https://www.misinc.com/services/custom-software): Portals, integrations, internal tools, and automation for work that off-the-shelf software cannot handle cleanly. - [AI Consulting](https://www.misinc.com/services/ai-consulting): Practical assessment, tool selection, policies, and training for small businesses and nonprofits considering AI-assisted work. - [AI Agents](https://www.misinc.com/services/ai-agents): Purpose-built agents that use approved information and limited tools to handle routine questions, triage, scheduling, follow-up, and other defined work. ## Website migrations - [WordPress to Webflow](https://www.misinc.com/migrate/from-wordpress-to-webflow): Moving a WordPress marketing site to managed Webflow infrastructure when the plugin stack and maintenance model no longer fit. - [Wix to Webflow](https://www.misinc.com/migrate/from-wix-to-webflow): Rebuilding a Wix site in Webflow when portability, design workflow, integrations, or long-term maintenance justify the move. - [Weebly to Webflow](https://www.misinc.com/migrate/from-weebly-to-webflow): A planned rebuild for Weebly sites that face a regional deadline, need more capable tools, or no longer fit the organization maintaining them. - [Shopify to Square Online](https://www.misinc.com/migrate/shopify-to-square): Consolidating online and in-person commerce when a Square seller no longer needs Shopify’s additional depth. ## Platforms - [Add On IDX](https://www.misinc.com/platforms/addonidx): Our IDX product for designers who need to add MLS listings to a real estate website on nearly any platform. - [Webflow](https://www.misinc.com/platforms/webflow): Visual design, a real CMS, and hosting that works.
