Do I need to know what I want before getting in touch?

No. A useful first conversation can begin with a problem: the site no longer represents the business, inquiries have slowed, customers cannot find something, or a repeated task consumes too much time.

Defining the right response is part of our work. You can also arrive with a detailed brief. We will review it against the goal, budget, maintenance needs, and any technical constraints before recommending a scope.

How quickly will I hear back?

Within one business day, and often the same day.

Messages go directly to Karim. There is no intake team or ticket queue between your message and the person responsible for deciding the next step.

Is the free consultation really free?

Yes. The consultation is a free 30-minute conversation with no obligation to hire us.

We use the time to understand the problem, review what you already have when possible, and explain the next step we would recommend. That may be a project with MIS, a smaller repair, a tool you already own, or no immediate work at all.

Do you work with clients outside New Mexico?

Yes. We have worked with clients across the United States and internationally since 1995. The Bean is in New York, Peasant Pies is in San Francisco, and Zaca Mesa Winery is in California.

Albuquerque and New Mexico remain our home market, but discovery, reviews, training, and ongoing communication can all be handled remotely. When a project benefits from being on site, we discuss travel or local coordination before setting the scope.
