As the vice president of sales and marketing for a consumable pet company web development has become an essential and time consuming activity, especially since it's a function we need to outsource. Despite thorough research and referrals the first several web development companies we worked with were really a challenge. We experienced everything from exceeding budgeted costs, project running late to simply not receiving replies on immediate issues. I can't tell you how lucky we are that we found Karim and MIS. An outstanding Web Design company. We were looking for a company to help us migrate our website from Wix to Square’s online store site. MIS was recommended to us and when we contacted them, they understood the issues and elements that we were trying to incorporate in the new site. Karim Ardalan listened very carefully and designed a perfect plan to tackle all the issues. He delivered on time and flawlessly. His quote for the project was one of the most reasonable ones that we had received. Even though we added more elements to the project, they kept the original quote for the final invoice. All in all, I would give them 6 stars, if I could!

Having experienced, at other companies, web site hosts who respond to my email — when they respond at all — a MONTH after I've emailed them, Karim's work stands out in sharp contrast.
