Nob Hill Neighborhoods
A deliberately narrow real-estate site built around one Realtor’s knowledge and photography of Albuquerque’s Nob Hill.
Many real-estate websites try to cover an entire metropolitan area and end up saying very little about any particular place.
Chris Lucas chose the opposite strategy. We built a site devoted to Nob Hill, the Albuquerque neighborhood he knows best. His own photography and local knowledge provide the substance, giving prospective clients information they would not find on a generic listings page.
The narrow focus was not a limitation. It was the positioning. Someone searching specifically for Nob Hill has a reason to trust a Realtor willing to demonstrate detailed knowledge of it.
