Bring MLS listings into a website built around your brand

IDX-connected websites for real estate professionals, with searchable listings, lead capture, and an experience that is not tied to an IDX company’s website builder.

Listings should strengthen your website, not replace it

Buyers begin researching properties long before they contact an agent. Searchable listings can give them a reason to remain on your website, but the site also needs to explain your market knowledge, services, approach, and the areas you know.

An IDX feed is one part of that experience, not the entire strategy.

Add On IDX

We built Add On IDX so designers and real estate professionals could add MLS search without adopting an IDX vendor’s website builder. It can be integrated into new or existing sites on Webflow, WordPress, Weebly, Weebly Cloud, Framer, Squarespace, and other platforms.

We have connected it to MLS providers in markets across the United States. Availability and display rules depend on the individual MLS, so we confirm those requirements before proposing an integration.

Listing data refreshes twice daily from the MLS provider.

What an integration can include

  • Search fields suited to the available MLS data and local market
  • Featured listings selected by the agent or brokerage
  • Listing detail pages with inquiry forms
  • Open house and virtual tour information where available
  • Lead capture and routing
  • Social sharing controls
  • Analytics showing searches and listing views
  • Placement within a new site or a website you already use

The website around the listings

We can also design the rest of the real estate website, including neighborhood information, agent profiles, seller services, relocation content, testimonials, and clear paths to contact.

The result should feel like the agent or brokerage, not like a generic listing portal with a logo added. Our Add On IDX portfolio note explains how the product developed from the earlier RealtyEngine system.

What happens next

We will review the website, the local MLS requirements, and the search experience you want before explaining what an IDX integration would involve.
