Add On IDX

Our IDX product for designers who need to add MLS listings to a real estate website on nearly any platform.

Built and maintained by MIS, Inc.

We built it for flexible MLS integration without forcing designers or agents into a particular website builder.

Built for designers who need a flexible IDX

Add On IDX is the successor to RealtyEngine, an all-in-one real estate website system we originally built on Adobe Business Catalyst. When that platform closed, we reconsidered what designers and their clients needed most.

The answer was not another closed website builder. Add On IDX separates the MLS search from the site itself, giving designers a way to add listings without surrendering their preferred design platform.

What it does

  • Full MLS search with filters suited to the local market
  • Featured listings you control
  • Listing detail pages with contact forms, so interest becomes a lead
  • Open house manager
  • Virtual tour support
  • Social sharing, so buyers circulate your listings for you
  • Analytics on the listings people view

Listing data refreshes twice daily from the MLS provider.

Works with the site you have

Add On IDX is used on WordPress, Weebly, Weebly Cloud, Webflow, Framer, Squarespace, and other platforms. Designers can choose the tool that suits the website while Add On IDX handles the listing experience.

We have connected it to MLS providers across the United States, not only in New Mexico.

Why buying from us is different

We are not reselling somebody else’s product. We built and maintain the system, so support comes from the team responsible for it.

It also means our real estate work is not tied to a website vendor’s roadmap. The Add On IDX portfolio note explains how the product grew out of our earlier RealtyEngine platform.

What to know

Your MLS provider decides what data can be displayed and how, and those rules differ by board. We check that first, before quoting anything, so nobody is surprised later.

What happens next

If you design real estate websites or have an existing site that needs MLS listings, we can review what the local MLS permits and explain how Add On IDX would fit.

Let’s talk about your project.

No pressure. Clear recommendations. 31 years of seeing what works.
