A first website for an Albuquerque broker, combining approachable guidance with MLS search that updates automatically.
Kat Jacob works with first-time buyers, luxury clients, and people relocating to New Mexico. Those clients may all be looking at the same market, but they arrive with very different levels of local knowledge and confidence.
Because this was Kat’s first website, much of our work came before the visual design. We decided what deserved the first screen, how much guidance a new buyer needed, and where someone arriving from another state should begin.
The finished site includes IDX search across the Albuquerque MLS, Kat’s sold listings as evidence of experience, and a blog for neighborhood knowledge that cannot be conveyed through listing data alone. The MLS feed refreshes twice each day, keeping the search current without requiring her to maintain it manually.
