An executive-office leasing site designed to answer practical questions, show the building honestly, and turn interest into tour requests.
SAM Properties leases executive office space in an attractive Albuquerque building. For commercial leasing, the website has a focused role: help a prospective tenant decide whether the property deserves a tour.
Photography carries much of that decision. We gave it room to show the property clearly, then supported it with the practical details people need before making contact: available sizes, configurations, included services, and location.
The path to arranging a visit stays simple throughout the site. The copy does not try to close a lease on the page. It gives qualified visitors enough information and confidence to take the next useful step.
Phil and Sue were a pleasure to work with, and the finished site reflects the same straightforward quality they brought to the project.
