The Lazaris Material
A technically complex store that brought streaming media, subscriptions, physical products, and customer accounts into one system.
We worked with Artisan Creative on The Lazaris Material, one of the more technically involved commerce projects in the MIS portfolio.
The store combined pay-per-view material, streaming audio, recurring subscriptions, and physical goods. Those four fulfillment models had previously been spread across separate tools and account systems.
We brought the experience together in WordPress, including the customer records behind it. Account migration was the most sensitive part. Existing purchases and subscriptions had to remain attached to the right people so customers did not lose access to material they had already paid for.
