Turn belief in the mission into action

Websites for nonprofits and community organizations that need to serve donors, volunteers, members, funders, and the people at the center of the mission.

One site may serve very different people

A donor deciding whether to give and a family looking for help can arrive on the same page with completely different questions. Staff, volunteers, members, board members, and grant reviewers may need something different again.

The website should make each audience feel considered without turning the organization into a collection of disconnected messages.

What we build for nonprofits

  • Donation and membership systems. We select and integrate tools that fit the organization’s workflow, fees, reporting needs, and staff capacity.
  • Clear program information. People should be able to understand who a program serves, what it provides, and how to participate or ask for help.
  • Impact communication. We organize the outcomes, financial information, reports, stories, and credibility markers the organization can document. We do not invent impact that has not been measured.
  • Volunteer and event signups. Forms and registrations should produce information staff can use without unnecessary cleanup.
  • Maintainable content. Staff should be able to update programs, leadership, events, and news without depending on the person who originally built the site.
  • Accessible participation. The people an organization serves should be able to navigate and use the site across devices and with assistive technology.

Planning around a nonprofit budget

Nonprofit budgets often involve board approval, grant timing, restricted funds, or a fixed annual cycle. We define the essential work first, make optional items visible, and can discuss phased scopes or payment timing when appropriate.

The price still needs to reflect the work required. A smaller first phase that launches and can grow is better than an ambitious plan the organization cannot sustain.

Local and national experience

Our nonprofit work includes the New Mexico Chile Association, UR Art & Culture, United Voices for Newcomer Rights, Honor Flight of Northern New Mexico, and the national Election Reformers Network.

Those projects differ in size and purpose. The common work is understanding the mission, the people responsible for the site, and what the organization can support after launch.

What happens next

Tell us what the organization needs to raise, recruit, explain, or improve. We will identify the parts of the website that can support that work.
