Syserco
A building automation site organized around the facilities Syserco understands, helping buyers find relevant experience before products.
Syserco provides energy management systems, controls, and integration across the San Francisco Bay Area. More than two hundred energy management professionals work across facilities with very different operating demands.
Organized by building, not by product
The obvious structure would follow the product catalog: control systems, analytics dashboards, lighting, and field devices. We started with the buildings instead. Bio and pharmaceutical labs, commercial offices, corporate campuses, data centers, public facilities, healthcare, education, hospitality, and venues each present different evidence of experience.
A hospital facilities director wants to know whether the firm understands hospitals before studying a control system in the abstract. The same is true for a laboratory or a data center. Organizing by building type lets buyers find their own context quickly while keeping product information available for technical readers.
Proof, stated plainly
Building automation firms all claim capability. The site therefore gives priority to evidence: LEED-accredited professionals, LEED Platinum buildings, the first net-zero office building, and tens of millions of square feet of commercial office space under management.
Recruiting is part of the business story too. Syserco has been named a Best Place to Work in the Bay Area by the San Francisco Business Times and the Silicon Valley Business Journal repeatedly since 2011. In a field with a labor shortage, that record is an operating advantage.
We built the site in Webflow, giving Syserco’s team control over a large and evolving body of markets, projects, and company news.
