MIS, Inc. AI
A separate home for MIS’s AI practice, written around the time small businesses recover rather than the technology behind it.
This one is ours.
We had been doing AI work before giving it a home of its own. The practice builds agents for lead follow-up, scheduling, email triage, and other recurring work that consumes a small team’s time.
A separate audience deserves a separate site
A business owner looking to automate intake is not always the same person searching for a web designer. Combining both practices on one site would force the language to serve two different conversations. A separate site lets each audience begin with the problem that brought them there.
Time, not technology
Small businesses rarely want AI for its own sake. They want routine inquiries answered, leads followed up, appointments scheduled, and their evenings back. The site leads with that recovered time and keeps model architecture out of the sales language until it becomes relevant.
This is our own project, so it also demonstrates the advice we give clients: define the audience before choosing the structure, and describe the practical change before the underlying tool.
We use Webflow because the services and language in this field change quickly, and the team responsible for the practice needs to revise them directly.
